Unfortunately as an independent artist, I can't do any refunds or returns, however I do insure every package shipped, so if anything happens to it in transit USPS takes care of it. 

Paintings ship as soon as they're finished (typically within a week of order), USPS, insured. I will send tracking info and shipping receipt once shipped.
